✅ Custom Skirt Lengths – Standard 120mm skirt included, or choose a shorter skirt at no charge. Longer skirts (up to 180mm) available – see order form for details.

Shipping & Order Information

Please allow up to 10 business days to complete your custom-made spa cover order. Thank you for your patience. We will always try and complete your order ASAP.
Free Pick up is advailable from our factory in Thomastown Victoria once it is complete.
As we are based in Thomastown Victoria, delivery will be $35 for locations in the Melbourne Metro Areas and some surrounding suburbs (Please check the shipping estimator for shipping charges if applicable.
Price of postage is calculated depending on your postcode location in Australia.
PLEASE NOTE: If no one is home to accept delivery, we will organize the freight company to leave the spa cover on the property (Authority to Leave).
Shipping time can vary depending on your location across Australia from our location in Thomastown Victoria. Metro locations generally can be between 1 to 7 business days, while rural areas can be between 3 and up to 14 business days.
Tracking number will be provided to you once your custom spa cover has been dispatched.

Premium Spa Cover Prices

Here are the starting prices of our ‘Premium Range’, made-to-measure spa covers.

Prices for spas under 2450mm Long (2-piece joined spa covers) = from $699.
Prices for spas between 2450mm to 3600mm Long (3 separate piece spa covers) = from $1144.
Prices for swim spas between 3600mm to 4800mm Long (4 separate piece spa covers) = from $1499.
Prices for dual-zone swim spas between 4800mm to 6000mm Long (6 separate piece spa covers) = from $1995.

Prices above will only vary if the dropdown skirt spa cover you select will be above the standard 120mm. there is no extra charge for skirts below 120mm.

Free Pick up from our factory in Thomastown Victoria once it is complete.
Delivery will be $35 for locations in the Melbourne Metro Areas and some surrounding suburbs (Please check the shipping estimator for shipping charges if applicable during checkout.

Payment Options

We prefer PayPal as payment, please make total payment within 2 days of purchasing.
Credit card payments are also excepted in PayPal (You do not need a PayPal to make a payment via credit card)
Bank transfer, Money Order or Cheque is also available. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for payment to clear.
Once payment has cleared we will then start production.
