Alltype Covers Australia has designed three grades of custom made spa covers for you to choose from. Each grade has been meticulously designed from start to finish, using the finest materials and fixtures available. 

Our ‘Ultimate’ is the top-of-the-line spa cover in our range. It is much stronger, they are highest in density which means they can hold almost 4 times the amount of ‘static weight’ than most basic spa covers in the industry.

They are much more durable and are at the top of our range of custom made spa covers. It has the greatest resistance to water absorption, and the highest insulation properties and will hold its shape longer to resist foam sagging and water pooling.

KEY FEATURES OF OUR ‘ULTIMATE’ RANGE OF SPA COVERS

• Premium U.V treated marine grade vinyl. (7 colour choices).
• Highest Density H-Grade Foam Inserts. (100kg static load bearing). This closed-cell high density foam has a much greater resistance to water absorption, higher insulation properties and is very durable and resistant to breakage especially designed for areas of high snow loads.
• Tapered (inclined) foam inserts help to aid water run off. (suits only 2-piece, 4-piece or 6-piece spa covers). 
• Higher incline foam taper for all 2-piece spa covers (110mm to 60mm).– Allows for much greater water runoff to help avoid top surface water pooling.
• Extra wide Aluminum structural supports. (55mm wide to prevent foams sagging and to increase durability). 
• hot wire is used when cutting your foams. (increases resistance to water absorption by sealing all sides). 
• Foams are vacuumed, heat sealed and wrapped. Prevents moisture absorption of the foam inserts. 
• Rust resistant zips & sliders. Resistant to zip failure and corrosion over time.
• Heavy duty, anti-mildew & U.V resistant seatbelt webbing Straps. 25mm wide lockable seat-belt webbing straps with clips.
• Heavy duty, anti-mildew & U.V resistant seatbelt webbing Handles. 38mm wide reinforced seat-belt webbing handles for greater strength & durability.
• Double handles on spa ends. The spa cover features two handles, which not only provide greater support while moving it but also make it structurally stronger.
• Our re-enforced handles are constructed in matching coloured vinyl. – This improves appearance and strength during handling.
• Premium 650 GSM, high gloss (easy to clean) tarp under lining.– underlining rip-stop material. It is shrink & rip resistant, is anti-mildew & one of the only spa cover linings with U.V. treatment with this tuff spa cover lining.
• 3 Year Manufacturer’s warranty. on this ‘Standard’ Range spa cover.  
• Free 59ml of 303 Protectant Spray. Protects against U.V rays, repels dust & staining and Keeps vinyl looking newer for longer.

We are a manufacturer of custom made spa covers, we understand that most spas are made different from one brand to the next. Therefore we can make any size, shape or any alterations that our customers might require.

we still have our standard shapes, sizes and options that the industry provides but offer extra.

Here is some of the options we offer to our customers.

• No charges for choice of Strap positions. We have variety of free options of strap positions to choose from. (if you require extra please contact us for a quote).
• No charges for smaller drop-down skirts then 120mm.  we offer the standard 120mm but sometimes putting a larger skirt on a spa with a smaller lip just fit right.
• Options if skirts need to be over 120mm. (see order form for prices up to 180mm).  
• No extra charges for covers to suit odd shaped spas. If you have a kidney, Oval or unique shaped spa we can make it, please contact us at customdesign@alltypecovers.com.au for instructions of how to provide us a template. (Price will be based on our maximum length and width of your spa (as per our standard shape prices).
• Free 59ml Bottle of 303 Protectant Spray. 
• We Apply 303 Protectant to all Ultimate Spa Covers Prior to dispatch.
• We make made to measure spa covers to what you ordered, not what we have. We do not match your measurements to whatever pattern we have closest in a database.
• Our custom covers are designed and cut using our CNC machine. Providing you with your own pattern number to suit your order. (please allow a tolerance of +or- to 5mm). 
• We remove your old spa cover for free for you! that’s right, are you a local to us in Thomastown Victoria? if yes then when your cover is ready for pick up simply drop off your old spa cover. Its that easy, we will get rid of it for you.

Your spa cover is also sewn together using U.V resistant, rot-proof thick polyester bonded thread that is designed to last in our harsh Australian climate for years to come.
